Looking to fund a project? MSF has three grant application forms. Please choose from the list below.
- Experiential Learning Grant: Complete this form to use the current Jog-a-Thon funds for your grade level. The proposed activity must be an extension of your students' academic or social goals (no food parties, unless directly associated with the learning activity) and give students a hands-on experience. Please submit at least 2 weeks in advance to allow time for approval and payment. Click here for the application.
- Minor Grant: Complete this form to apply for funds of $250 or less. Applications are accepted and reviewed all year. All funding requests must benefit the education of students at Monforton School either directly or indirectly. You need not be a staff member to apply. Please submit application at least 4 weeks in advance of your project for timely review. You will be notified as to whether or not your request has been funded. Click here for the application.
- Major Grant: Complete this form to apply for funds of more than $250 (up to $3000). All funding requests must benefit the education of students at Monforton School either directly or indirectly. You need not be a staff member to apply. All proposals should be reviewed by an administrator before submission.
Applications are DUE October 8, 2018. You will need to briefly present your project at the Monforton School Foundation meeting on October 10, 2018 at 6:30 pm in the middle school library. Awardees will be notified by November 14, 2018 and funds dispersed. Non-winning proposals will also be notified with suggestions for future applications.
If selected to receive funds, you will need to submit a Grant Evaluation no later than May 31, 2019. Click here for the application.
